Washington, D.C. – Today, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul issued the following statement condemning the International Criminal Court (ICC) for issuing arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. Chairman McCaul urged the Senate to pass the bipartisan Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act – which already passed the House – to protect Americans and our allies from the ICC's overreach.
