McCaul, Meeks Press Urgent Need to Address Political and Economic Crisis in Lebanon

Washington, D.C. – House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) and Ranking Member Gregory W. Meeks (D-NY) sent a letter to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken underscoring the urgent need for action to address Lebanon's growing political and economic crisis, including through the use of targeted sanctions to make clear to Lebanon's political class the status quo is not acceptable.
