Washington, D.C. — Yesterday, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul sent a letter to Emily Loeb, counsel to former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, requesting Psaki's testimony before the committee on the Biden administration's catastrophic Afghanistan withdrawal, which led to the deaths of 13 U.S. servicemembers. In his letter, Chairman McCaul stated Psaki must make arrangements to schedule her transcribed interview no later than May 28, 2024.

The House Foreign Affairs Committee Republican Staff is evaluating applications for the Fall 2025 Internship Program. The deadline for summer internship applications is July 18th, 2025.
