Washington, D.C. – House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul announced the full committee will hold a roundtable discussion with leading Cuban activists on the Cuban regime's ongoing acts of repression and torture against brave Cuban protestors on Monday, July 10th. The discussion will be followed by a press conference where the representatives will be joined by Cuban dissidents who were forcibly exiled following their involvement with the July 11, 2021 protest movement.

Austin, TX – House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul has announced the full committee will hold a roundtable discussion with some of the family members of the U.S. service members killed in the terrorist attack at the Hamid Karzai International Airport (HKIA)'s Abbey Gate on August 26, 2021. The attack happened during the emergency evacuation from Afghanistan following the Taliban seizing control of the country on August 15, 2021. Thirteen U.S. servicemembers were killed and 45 more were wounded in the attack, making it the deadliest day for U.S.
