Washington, D.C. – House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul has signed a subpoena that was delivered to Secretary of State Antony Blinken yesterday for the department's "competitive actions" calendars, key documents relating to the department's reported obstruction of the use of national security tools, such as sanctions and export controls on entities like Huawei, aimed at countering the CCP's growing aggression.
