This hearing will assess the Department of State's efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce. A recent GAO study found mixed results from previous efforts, and this will be an opportunity for Members to ask what the Department expects the new multi-year diversity workforce strategy to include as the Department continues its efforts to diversify its ranks.
