Washington, D.C. – This morning, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) joined Holocaust survivors and concentration camp liberators at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s annual Days of Remembrance event at the Capitol.  Chairman Royce was one of six members of Congress to light a memorial candle with Holocaust survivors.

“We must always remember the victims of the Holocaust,” said Chairman Royce.  “Millions of Jews were murdered because of their faith.  At a time when anti-Semitism is again rearing its ugly head, it’s important that we take these opportunities to say ‘never again.’”
