Nuclear Iran Prevention Legislation

H.J.Res 64, introduced consistent with the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act, would prevent the implementation of the Obama Administration’s nuclear agreement with Iran. (Introduced on August 4, 2015 by Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA).)

H.R. 850, the Nuclear Iran Prevention Act, broadens economic sanctions, strengthens human rights sanctions, and increases oversight of the implementation and enforcement of existing sanctions. (Introduced on February 27, 2013 by Rep. Ed Royce (R-CA) and Rep. Eliot Engel (D-NY).)
