The House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe, Eurasia, Energy & the Environment will hold a virtual hearing to examine the malign toolkit the Putin regime uses to advance its destabilizing and destructive foreign policy agenda. Specifically, this hearing will consider the Kremlin’s use of illicit cash flows, Russian security services, private military companies, and oligarchs as well as how the U.S. government and our allies must respond to Russian malign political influence.
