Representatives Ed Royce (R-CA), Nita Lowey (D-NY), Harold “Hal” Rogers (R-KY), and Eliot Engel (D-NY), sent a letter today to Mick Mulvaney, Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), on the Office’s role in the reorganization of the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
