Royce, Lowey, Rogers, Engel Send Bipartisan Letter to OMB Director Mulvaney on State Department Reorganization

Representatives Ed Royce (R-CA), Nita Lowey (D-NY), Harold “Hal” Rogers (R-KY), and Eliot Engel (D-NY), sent a letter today to Mick Mulvaney, Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), on the Office’s role in the reorganization of the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The letter was prompted by recent reports that State and USAID are scheduled to turn over their recommendations for reorganization this week.
