This Joint Subcommittee hearing will review Presidential Proclamation 9645 issued on September 24, 2017 and upheld by the Supreme Court on June 27, 2018.  The Proclamation suspends the entry of foreign nationals into the United States from countries that failed to meet minimum baseline requirements for immigration screening and vetting.
