Washington, D.C.- Today, House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul will participate in a panel at the Milken Institute Global Conference entitled “In a World of Disorder: The Return of Great Power Rivalries in Global Affairs.” This panel will focus on the competition among world powers, international security, and the current state of evolution in global affairs.

 The panel will be moderated by The Wall Street Journal’s Gerard Baker, and will also include co-founder and managing partner of WestExec Advisors Michèle Flournoy, president emerita of the Wilson Center and former U.S. Congresswoman Jane Harman, distinguished visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution and former deputy national security advisor Matt Pottinger, and House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith (D-WA).
