Washington, D.C. – This afternoon, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) signed the North Korea Sanctions and Policy Enhancement Act of 2016 (H.R. 757) to step up financial pressure on the Kim regime after its recent nuclear test and long-range missile launch.  The bill, authored by Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA), now heads to President Obama’s desk after passing both the House and the Senate with overwhelming bipartisan support.  Find out more about Chairman Royce’s bill HERE
