Washington, D.C. – Tomorrow at 10 a.m., the House Foreign Affairs Committee will meet to consider the following:

H.R. 400, (Mr. Royce) Trafficking Prevention in Foreign Affairs Contracting Act, To require the Secretary of State and the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development to submit reports on definitions of placement and recruitment fees for purposes of enabling compliance with the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, and for other purposes.

H.R. 757, (Mr. Royce/Mr. Engel) North Korea Enforcement Act of 2015, To improve the enforcement of sanctions against the Government of North Korea, and for other purposes.

H. Res. 53, (Ms. Kelly) Condemning the cowardly attack on innocent men, women and children in the northeastern Nigerian town Baga.

An Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute is expected to be offered by Ms. Kelly.
