Chairman Royce on the hearing: “Ukraine is facing relentless Russian aggression.  Now is the time for strong and unwavering support by the United States.  But this week, Secretary of State John Kerry told the Committee that President Obama has still not made a decision on U.S. military assistance to Ukraine.  The Administration’s policy towards Ukraine is becoming its latest version of ‘too little, too late.’”
