“Chairman Xi is blowing through a redline President Biden and his cabinet drew for Chinese support of the Russian war machine in Ukraine. President Biden must back his redline up with significant consequences for Xi’s support of Russia’s defense industrial base, including semiconductors, rocket motors, and drones. Unenforced redlines invite more aggression from malign actors around the world.“
