Opening Statements
This hearing will allow Members to hear testimony from representatives of the Western Hemisphere Drug Policy Commission. Members will have the opportunity to examine the Commission's final report which analyzes the effectiveness of U.S. drug policies and programs in Latin America and the Caribbean and offers recommendations to the President and Congress on the best way forward.
